This is from a facebook page Lauren Pierce, the college Republican who was “totes jokin’” about assassination attempts on President Obama.  I’m sure it’ll vanish soon, but it can currently be found here (edit 11-17-2011: it seems the page was taken down). See the part about killing one drag rat for every 100 people to join her group?  Yeah, that’s local slang for the homeless people on the main drag, especially homeless kids.

So - yeah.  This is the kind of person Lauren Pierce is.  She’s since made her Twitter private and a few of her friends have cried Freedom of Speech.  She does, in fact, have freedom of speech.  She does not, however, have freedom from the responsibility for her speech.  And the fact she’s scurrying off and hiding from it shows she’s just another privileged fuck-up.
